5. How we process personal information

- Whose information: customers, website visitors and suppliers.
- What information: the categories listed in section 4 and in our privacy policy.
- Who receives it: supplier partners and couriers (for delivery), our payment provider, our hosting, database and email providers, and authorities where the law requires.
- Outside South Africa: some service providers, such as Cloudflare, process information on servers outside South Africa under data protection terms.
- Security: encrypted connections, owner-only access protected by one-time codes, and card payments handled only by our payment provider.
6. How to request a record
- Fill in the official request form (PAIA Form 2), available on the Information Regulator's website.
- Email it to hello@spazalot.co.za.
- We'll reply within 30 days. Fees, if any, are set by the PAIA regulations, and we'll tell you about them before you pay anything.
- We can refuse a request only on the grounds PAIA allows, for example to protect someone else's privacy. If we refuse, we'll explain why and tell you how to complain to the Information Regulator.
